Our Commitment

Jojo's Toy Chest is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our Site.

What We've Done

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy for screen reader navigation.
• Descriptive alt attributes on all product images.
• Keyboard-navigable interactive elements including buttons, links, and form fields.
• Sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• ARIA labels on icon-only buttons (e.g., close and cart buttons).
• Focus indicators on interactive elements for keyboard users.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps. Known areas of ongoing improvement include:

• Image crop tool in the admin interface (used for product management only, not customer-facing).
• Some third-party embedded content (e.g., YouTube video thumbnails).

Our Site has been tested with common screen readers and is designed to be compatible with:

• NVDA and JAWS on Windows
• VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
• TalkBack on Android
