Our Policy

All sales at Jojo's Toy Chest are final unless you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships, but we understand that issues can occasionally occur in transit.

Eligible for a Return or Refund

You may be eligible for a return or full refund if:

  • The item arrived visibly damaged or broken.
  • The item received is different from what you ordered.
  • The item is missing pieces or accessories that were listed as included.

We do notaccept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items that have been opened, assembled, or removed from their original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jojostoycheststore@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. This helps us resolve your case quickly.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping for eligible cases) and issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Items that have been opened, played with, or removed from original packaging (unless defective).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or sold at a significant discount.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the item before opening further, then contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
