Overview
Jojo's Toy Chest (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and visitors to do the same. If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other legal rights, please follow the procedure described below.
Reporting Infringing Content
To submit a notice of alleged infringement, please provide the following information in writing to our designated contact:
- Identification of the work — a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed, including any registration number if applicable.
- Location of the infringing material — the URL or specific location on our Site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information — your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement — a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, we will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 5 business days.
Please note that submitting a false or misleading notice may result in legal liability for damages.
Counter-Notice
If you believe that content removed in response to a take-down notice was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice. Counter-notices must include the same information as a standard notice, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in Texas and that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Jojo's Toy Chest is an independent reseller. Product names, characters, and imagery associated with third-party brands (e.g., Transformers, DC Comics, Masters of the Universe) are the property of their respective rights holders. We make every effort to ensure all products listed are legitimate, licensed merchandise.
