Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are MondayโFriday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We ship using one or more of the following carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination:
- USPS โ United States Postal Service
- UPS โ United Parcel Service
- FedEx โ Federal Express
The carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email alongside your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within the continental United States once shipped:
- Standard Shipping โ 3โ7 business days
- Priority Shipping โ 1โ3 business days
- Free Shipping โ 5โ10 business days
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes may take longer.
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, peak shipping seasons, or carrier volume.

- Standard Shipping + Insurance โ $7.98 (3โ7 business days)
- Priority Shipping โ $9.99 (1โ3 business days)
- Priority Shipping + Insurance โ $11.98 (1โ3 business days)
- Free Shipping โ available on orders over $150 (5โ10 business days)
Adding insurance covers your package against loss or damage in transit. If an insured order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it directly using the tracking number in your confirmation email via the carrier's website:

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has not moved in several days or was marked delivered but not received, please contact us at jojostoycheststore@gmail.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately โ we can only update the address before the order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.
